This is from November 1982 and is a Vintage original Poster "Shop Girls" from the New York State Department of Labor, "Images of Labor" series from Acme Press # 486 M.     
"Shop Girls" was originally painted by Elizabeth Sparhawk - Jones in 1912.      it depicts the difficulties encountered by working women who received less than living wages for long hours of work.                         a rare "Labor Legacy "poster with text.  see photos.   measures 20 " x 30"
