Lock is in ok shape but I don't have the key. Shackle is bent a litte bit and that is keeping it from closing.  I don't think it would be hard to straighten it back but I'll let the next owner do that. Says Adlake on the keyhole cover and AT&SF on the back.  Please see pictures for condition and let me know if you have any questions.
