Should the grass be longer than the specified length, the blade mounting boss will shear off, preventing further substantial damage to the engine/crank. Also, if the blade hits a hard surface, ie a stone, concrete edge, tree stump, the blade mounting will come off, this is as well a safety feature to prevent further serious damage to the engine. If this occurs, it is not covered by warranty, as it’s classed as misuse or accidental damage. We can supply the necessary spare parts to repair the damage, at cost price.

The E10 fuel has 10% more ethanol. This attracts moisture and creates oxidation and gum in the fuelling system, damaging internal parts and preventing the engines to start/run.We recommend purchasing only the amount of fuel that will be used within 30 days maximum, as all petrol steadily deteriorates over time. Do not use previously stored petrol as it will be stale and the machine will fail to start and/or run.Any fuelling issues are not covered by any warranty All our machines have been tested with Aspen 4 Fuel.
