If you order a customized card, then you will need to provide me with the following details.

Please send your photo and details via eBay message after you purchase.

Make sure that all spellings are correct, as what I receive is what goes on the card.

We Do Not edit personal photos other than to crop to the required size or may be to brighten or darken in extreme cases, other than this, what you send is what will end up on your card.

If we don't receive the information for a custom field, then it may be left blank or a default value used instead.

Delays in sending this information or delays in responding to emails in a reasonable amount of time will lead to delays or cancellation of your order.

The cards are created with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and printed on PVC CR80 Plastic Cards measuring 85.6 x 54mm (3.375 x 2.125 inches) in full colour, front and back.


Please note: Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your computer monitor.
Also, there may be some slight differences between the card displayed and the one you receive.

Microchips, Magnetic stripes, Barcodes, Holograms, Watermarks or any other Security feature are purely graphical elements and are non-functioning unless otherwise stated.

These items are made and dispatched from Europe. Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. No orders are processed on Weekends or Public Holidays. After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately:

UNITED KINGDOM - 5-10 Working Days - *UPDATE* Royal Mail can delay parcels for up to 14 Working Days

EUROPE - 7-21 Working Days
  • REST OF THE WORLD - 10-28 Working Days
  • ⚠️ Australia & New Zealand can take up to 30 working days

All cards will be sent via Tracked Shipping and requires a signature on delivery.

*NB: Failure to sign for deliveries or refusal to sign for deliveries will result in additional shipping charges if your item is returned to sender and needs to be posted again.

Shipping is discounted for all items paid on the same (one) combined invoice. To combine multiple purchases, use the Shopping Cart "Add to Cart" option, not “Buy it Now”. If a discount is not calculated, use the Request Invoice button. I will adjust the shipping. If you use Buy it Now, the system may require you pay for each item individually. Items paid for individually cannot be added to a combined invoice, and each will be charged full shipping.
