Listing for one restored early Russell & Erwin Rim Lock Mortise.  Patent dated March 30, 1869.  150+ years old and in very good condition. Has small chip missing on the side (refer to pictures) that does not affect operation. This is a very large lock and weights over 2-3/4 lbs.  All original internal parts are in great condition. Has larger deadbolt that works with a key that is NOT included, sorry) and a smaller manual deadbolt. Again, does not come with a key.

Includes mortise with keeper, Set of brass stem black porcelain knobs, rim lock set with one wider base knob for inside on rim lock and straight stem with rosette and oval keyhole escutcheon for outside.

All interior parts have been cleaned and polished.  All interior parts and springs are in good operating condition and replaced with comparable vintage parts if necessary.
