About the Author

Michael Shenkman currently works with aspiring mentees in his private practice, Desert Sky Mentoring.

He has more than forty years of experience in first coaching and then mentoring executives, mostly in technical, creative and entreprencurial fields. He has personally mentored more than 300 aspiring mentees and trained more chan 50 mentors. Shenkman earned a BA from Dickinson College and a PhD in Philosophy from Boston College (1977).
