Found this beauty a high-end estate sale recently.  It looks like new... No issues that I can see. The "small" wasn't the issue. For me, it was the cut of "petite".  The dress was too high under my arms.  I was drawn to it because of the colorful embroidered flower detail on the 3/4 sleeves. This, along with the off-white fringy trim along the bottom of both dress and the sleeves convinced me to take a chance. Of course I am disappointed. I am sure there is someone out there that will appreciate this special design.  Hang it to dry since it's cotton. There is no stretch to this fabric.  Bottom of dress has a cotton lining. The round neckline is elastic to keep it in place. Offering it here for the discounted price I paid for it.  All questions welcomed
