This listing is for antique ( believe 1930's ) Heddon " Cleveland " Jay Harvey 4 piece bamboo fly rod. There are 2 tips and the rod is 8 1/2' long and is also marked X3R. It comes with the soft case and a cardboard tube without the lid. The rod is in nice condition and was probably redone in the past. Look at the photos for best description.
