Customization Order / Made-to-Measure
Our expert manufacturing team takes pride in crafting made-to-measure orders. For a small additional cost (£15-£25, depending on design and size), we can create a custom-fit piece just for you. To ensure the perfect fit, please provide the following measurements:
- Chest Size
- Waist Size
- Sleeve Length
- Shoulder Width
Since custom-sized orders are made specifically for you, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order. If you need any assistance, our customer service team is happy to help!
Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping and delivery time-frame is 7-10 days, as these are pre-sale items. If your requested size is unavailable in our UK stock, it will be shipped from our overseas factory in Pakistan—one of the world’s top exporters of leather goods.
For international buyers outside the UK, any applicable customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please ensure you select the correct size using our provided size chart. If you’re unsure, contact us before purchasing, and we’ll gladly assist you in choosing the right fit.
If your required size isn’t listed in our chart, email us to discuss a custom order. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility in case of returns or exchanges.
