How to Use:
- Before first use, shake the stick in half a bottle of water for 30 seconds. Discard water. Repeat 2 more times.
- To use, fill a clean bottle with water, insert stick, and shake for 30 seconds. Wait 15–20 minutes before drinking.
- Longer soak times increase ionization and pH levels. If taste is too strong, dilute with additional water.
- Use 1 stick for a 16oz bottle (500ml), 2 for 1 liter, or more for faster and stronger ionization.
- Best enjoyed fresh – make often, drink often!
