Vintage Antique 42" Tall Cast Iron Jockey Hitching Post

This cast iron jockey hitching post was manufactured by The Hosek Manufacturing & Overland Foundry in Denver Colorado in the 1930's. The jockey has been kept in the Hosek family for all these years. We are the grandsons of the original founder Henry F. Hosek Sr. The last photo in the pictures shows the foundry in 1937.

The concrete base is being used as a temporary base & shows some damage.
