This is the cutest vintage fabric with sailboats and sailors. It is a robe with loops for a belt which you could make with ribbon, cord etc. 10 3/4” from top to bottom, 7” underarm to underarm. Not sure the doll size it would fit. I guessed 13”-14”. Smoke free home.
