Shipping & Delivery
We ship all packages via USPS. All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. We insure and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. If you need your item to be ship out ASAP please let us know. We ship from Monday-Thursday before 4pm and on Friday before 12pm; excluding holidays. If you place an order on Friday it will be ship out on Monday. Prior to shipping we inspect every item but if for any reason you receive a wrong item, defected item, don't receive your item at all, or are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately through a message before taking any further action. We are happy to work out the best possible solution with you.
14 Day Return Policy
If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectation, you may return your order within 14 days of the date you receive your item.
The refund amount will be the price of the item returned and will not include the shipping and handling charges originally paid with your order. Refunds can only be made in the original payment method.
All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. Goods damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund.
