The dress is new, never worn but I had to wash it due to store handling.

Please see measurements to make sure it fits. All manufacturers sizing is different therefore I take the time to list measurements. This helps avoid returns due to items not fitting.

If for any reason you feel you need to return an item I will issue a refund minus the shipping charge. It will be the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping if returning an item for reasons other than a mistake I have listed. All items must be returned in same condition as received, smoke free, new items must still have tags and be unworn.

SHIPPING:

I want you to get your item fast so I ship the same day as long as I recieve payment during business hours. I don't mail big packages on the weekend because post office is closed. I take all packages to the post office, I don't leave any at drop off stations. Once I leave at post office I have no control over their shipping procedure.
