For sale is an O Scale Lionel Pennsylvania Wheel Car #16389

All parts appear to be intact.  There is some wheel wear. The wheels for the load are not included.   It was a bit dusty from being on a layout.  I gently dusted it, but it will need a more in-depth cleaning.  This does come with its original box.

Buyer pays USPS Priority shipping to your zip code from 08224.

There is no shipping outside the US.

There is no shipping requiring customs forms.

If your item's value is over $250, Signature Confirmation will be added.

chance of overpaying shipping costs with ebay's automatic shipping calculator.

I will gladly hold your item purchased for up to 7 days if you wish to bid on more of my auctions to combine shipping costs. 

Please do not pay until you are finished bidding on other items.  If payment is received, I am required to ship within my stated handling time and will not be able to hold your item for any reason.
