the man from whom I bought the book. Laid
in is a typed letter from a CT bookseller to me describing being in attendance
at Raul Julia, Booksellers in Madison, CT when the signing event took place. He
also gave me a Raul Julia Events flyer showing the event and the date, which
was only a short time after the publication, days maybe. The authors in this
