This is the Filature #4 1986.  67 patterns incl Valentino and a Alpaca feature.  The vintage magazine is complete, no writing

It has been used in a binder and entire issue has the 3 holes in .arvkn. Not on pattern or directions.  Cvr ear as displayed on pictures.
