The listing is for a SINGLE lens cover.

The lens cap is for a military AN/PVS-7A or C model, NOT the B or D model Night Vision Goggle, 

These might fit other night vision lenses but I don't know for sure, here are the dimensions of the lens caps:

INSIDE measurement 1.30-1.33" for a fairly snug fit.
OUTSIDE measurement 1.41-1.42" 
INSIDE DEPTH 0.29-0.30".
OUTSIDE DEPTH 0.337-0.338".
