This is a brand new NOS Water Pump from GM!!!! This pump has never been used or installed, and comes with it's original box. Protective sleeve is still installed on the hub just as it was when packed. GM part number is Group 1.069 #6272159. Casting number on the pump is #6263707, and Casting date is A-18-72, Or January 18th, 1972. Pump is pristine other than a very slight flash rust from being stored bare all these years. Box is a little rough after years of shelf storage, but did it's job protecting the pump.  All the assembly inspection marks are still very visible from the factory. This is a new pump and the casting will be much more defined and visible than any remanufactured pump that has been thru a bunch of blastings & rebuilds. Perfect for a quality high end restoration on your 1972 SS Chevelle or Camaro with a 402 or a 454 Big Block engine. A rare find.
