This model stands out for it's portability and light weight.  The hull is under 30 pounds and the sail kit is under 40 pounds.  The sail kit folds to fit in our shipping box which is less than 1 x 1 x 4 feet.   We have other models on Ebay with heavier hulls -- less portable but more rigid.

This listing offers 4 variations -- Steering by steering oar or steering by conventional rudder;  Sail size of 45 SF (as shown), or 55 SF (bigger & taller sail to go faster).   As you change your selection in the drop-down boxes above, the price will change.    Choosing steering:  Center rudder is more conventional.  Steering oar steering puts the steering on the side, so you can sit centered facing forward.   Choosing sail size:  The larger sail is about 2 feet taller and the same width as the smaller sail.  The picture of the white sail illustrates a 55 SF sail.   

What's included:   The Bestway Boat set will include a hand pump, oars and carry bag for the boat.  Also inflatable seat cushions, which we don't find very useful, but you may.   The Sailboats To Go sail kit includes sail, mast, spars, leeboards (the fins on the sides), steering, frame, attachment straps and instructions.    Instructions include How To Sail instructions in case you need to learn basic sailing.  Everything you need is included except wind, water, and lifejackets.

You will get two separate shipments, arriving possibly on different days.
