Rusty's was founded in 1985.

The writing inside is hard to read, but it says 100% pre-shrunk cotton. Machine wash, tumble dry, do not iron the graphic.

Good to very good pre-owned condition. No obvious flaws, but does have typical vintage wear.  The hem is double stitched, and the fabric kind of bulges in between the lines of stitching, see close up pics.

I think it is probably a youth size medium, but I think it would fit like a woman's small.
