I do not know much about this piece. It is approx 13” to top of mirror and 17” to top of tulip sconce. I could not find a signature on it. Some of the paint from the sconce is wearing off. It is 6 lbs and 2 oz just for the piece. The lamp works. There are no chips or cracks other than the paint on the sconce.
