1.99.8% of all items are dispatched within 1 business day after payment is cleared,except Public Holidays.(Please note that our cut off time is 8:00AM, so that if you purchase on Friday 8:01AM, your order will be processed next Monday.)

2.All items are dispatched from Melbourne or Sydney via AU POST or other courier. (We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location)

3.Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch as supplied to us by logistics.Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time.

4.Please ensure your address is correct during checkout.,otherwise late delivery or cancel order may occur.

5.After dispatch, tracking number will be available,please use it to track the delivery status of your order.We will keep track of the logistics infor for you and inform you if there is any exception.

6.Please kindly note that we cannot prevent delays/damages even loss of the package in delivery by logistics. If your item has been damaged or lost in transit, please feel free let us know and we will arrange resend.

7.We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public . As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

8.Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one metre.

9.We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-towners, etc may either user a different delivery address or choose pick up option.

We accept returns.

Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service Team for instructions. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us.-If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.

We allow a return for full refund,provided that the item in question is:

1. Item must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the item;
2. It must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

Our store offer a 12 month warranty on all items used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise).
