Please look closely at the photographs.  This item is practically new and perhaps slightly used.  However it has been in a warehouse long enough to pick up a little surface rust.  However, that rust does not appear to penetrate the surface.  Additionally, I think this might have been run a very short time.  You can see a little bit of glaze on the clutch disk.
