30 Day Returns

The following conditions apply for a full refund:

1. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original boxes, tags, and documents. 
2. The Security Tag found on some of our items has to be intact.
3. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. As such, we reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
4. Shipping and insurance cost are non-refundable.
5. Customized orders are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

You will need to open a return request through eBay in order to initiate a return. Refunds are within 1-2 business days from the date we receive them. We do charge a restocking fee for any noticeably damaged, used, or missing items.

Exchanges

We understand that purchasing jewelry online can be difficult- especially since you are unable to feel or try it in person- maybe you thought the item was wider, or longer, or heavier. If you would like to exchange/upgrade for a different item or size, simply message us via eBay or open a replacement request through eBay. Exchanges are free: they are not subject to any restocking fee or return shipping fee.

Our orders ship usually within 1 business day of when the payment clears. A signature is be required upon delivery for orders over $750.

If you would like to cancel the order after placing it, please contact us immediately.

Orders that are being shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to the destination country's policies on international orders. Buyer pays duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Customized Sizing

If you would like to place a custom order or sizing request, please kindly contact us. Sizing typically takes 1-3 business days. We recommending contacting us prior to placing the order so we can provide instructions and a quote. Custom orders are final, and non-refundable.

Layaway:  We can customize a layaway program on a case by case basis. Kindly message us here and we will be happy to assist.
