This board controls the wire feed DC motor.
Below is a list of things that also need to work for the wire feed to function.
1. Verify that wire feed motor works by applying 12V dc to it.
2. There must be 24 VAC or similar AC voltage present at terminal 1-3 of the PCB when welder is turned on.
3. 1K speed potentiometer should be checked to verify resistance changes at the wiper as it is turned
4. Should hear relay CR1 click when trigger is pressed. The Normally Open contacts should then close.
5. Plug PLG3 must be connected on RC3 to connect pins 1-2 on RC3 if spoolmate option is not present.
6. If spoolmate option is installed, then it needs to be properly plugged in and switch working.
If you are confident that these are all good, then send the board to us for repair.
