New but never had tags, it came in a bag. Has size & care tags in shirt. Never worn

I ordered this from eBay last Fall and chose to order XL because I guessed it ran small. It doesn't, it seems true to size. 
Measurements in photos. Machine wash warm or cold, tumble dry low. I would use cold and wash it in a net lingeree bag, then and turn it inside out, and hang to dry. That's how I wash items with painted designs and they last a long time. 

Chest: 21" pit to pit unstretched 
Length neck to bottom: 25" 

The original seller called this a tunic, but I'm 5'-2" and it hit just below my "behind" in the back. It's a nice length tee shirt. It's pretty too. 
They are calling it "Red Wine".....I call it "brownish red". If I had to assign a real size, I'd say a 14/16
