These are S-421TB/US-6LBT Crosby-mckissick Becketts for 3/4 wire rope for cranes
All USA MADE 
They come with Pin and cotter key at the top and the u bolt and nuts and lock at the bottom. Majority of mine came new with our cranes from Linkbelt as spares any questions just ask!
