The game is Unsealed but New , one owner store bought  never played it. The game comes CIB . The postcards look like they have never been removed , the disk is fresh and the steel book is sharp . However the codes have expired or been used previously. The clear protective sleeve  has a little shelf wear as shown . Plays on the Xbox one or the Series X.
