- We have multiple warehouses. Our main shipping warehouse is in Arizona and we have three other warehouses in Nevada, Texas, and Pennsylvania. The item(s) will ship to you from whichever warehouse is closest to you that has the item in stock at the time of order. Do not assume that your order will ship from our Arizona warehouse. Some orders may also have to be split up into separate shipments from different warehouses. All of these things can affect your total delivery time. If your order is time-sensitive please contact us prior to ordering to make sure we can meet your deadline with the shipping option that you select.
 
- We use UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac exclusively. All international orders are fulfilled through Ebay Global Shipping Progam. No PO Box, AFO/PFO mailboxes, etc. No exceptions.
 
- Orders cannot be shipped to any location other than the address selected at checkout (see eBay seller protection policies). If order cannot be fulfilled and/or shipped to your address due to stock-out, ineligible address, or any other reason, order will be cancelled and you will be notified within 24 hours of purchase.

- Customers must adhere to Ebay return policy guidelines. No returns on opened items; items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Do not write on or de-face manufacturer packaging.
