The Shires Tempest Fly Rug has been updated for this fly season. It is made from a tight knitted mesh fabric to provide an effectic barrier against flies and bugs. The fabric still allows a good airflow, which will help keep your horse or pony cool and comfortable in warmer weather. The breathable fabic will also help prevent your horse's coat from getting sun bleached through the summer months. The Tempest Fly Rug has a large belly cover to help prevent your horse from getting bitten by midges on his/her tummy. It also has an extended tail flap to keep those pesky flies at bay. One the best things about this fly sheet for us, is that you can adjust the surcingle straps on both sides, to make sure you get a really good fit.
