Even though, under the Australia Consumer Law, we are not obliged to accept change-of-mind returns, We understands that incorrect decisions are sometimes made and we're happy to help. Within 14 days of your purchase date, you can return the goods to us for a Store Credit or Exchange The goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened / in original packaging, unused, undamaged and, with a copy of the receipt. Cost of returning goods? Under all circumstances, you will be required to cover the cost of returning unwanted goods to Camera-Warehouse or the manufacturer. While we do offer free shipping on most products or a low flat rate of $9.90, this does not account for sending a replacement item for change-of-mind returns. In this situation, you can either pick up the item in-store for free or for shipments within Australia, there will be a flat shipping fee of $13.95.
