Cut Etched Crystal Round 10" Diameter Plate Hammered Sterling or Silverplated Rim 10

Center starburst pattern in the center of the plate with pinstripes along the rim.

Gently used vintage condition. There are a few minor scratches. No chips or cracks.  Please see the detailed photos.
