There is a split in the thread on the neck of the bottle where the plastic should join in a circle but there is a manufacture fault in that, this fault means leakage can occur when the bottle is upside down, I have unsealed the caps and added a o-ring to the screw which can be removed once received,  (product will also be in a sealed plastic bag),  There may be a loss of about 5-10ml once the cap is taken off where it as lodged during transit to you! product as been priced to reflect this (you are basically getting 1000ml for the price of 300ml)! No returns for this reason as that is part of the pricing!
