This pre-owned vintage Carlisle women's size Small velvet black belt is in very good condition with no missing rhinestones or marks to the velvet.  As shown in the photos, the inside of the belt has wear from being worn but the outside is in very good condition.  This belt measures 29.5 inches in total length from buckle end to buckle end, the jeweled buckle measures 5 inches in length, and the belt has a 1.875-inch width.
