Provenance - This letter was found within an antique scrapbook, containing many items from the early 1930s. This scrapbook was found at the home of Professor W. Kenneth Holditch, at an estate sale in New Orleans. The first page of the scrapbook says it previously belonged to someone named Joseph Stall.
