Daven Stepped Precision Audio Attenuator Dual Pot 1.01 MOhms SPEC3475

Label shows "Dual Pot and Z of 1,099,500 Ohm" It does not show atten steps but I measured it as 4.0 dB. 12 Position switch. It seems that it has 2 somewhat separate circuits with a common terminal.  I can give more details if you ask No sign it was ever soldered into a circuit.
