Vinyl coating on paddles is not ripped or cracked.

Some oxidation on the metal - cosmetics are not 100 percent perfect.

The little plastic bushings are in good used shape with just some dried grease on them.  Not cracked.

Has the tiny special roll pin also-see pictures.
