              I have 2 of my own Compact Discs in NEAR MINT-MINUS condition for YOU!

“SLY & THE FAMILY STONE-ANTHOLOGY” Epic 1981. 20 songs. 8-page booklet. The booklet has several B/W photos. It also has what one writer thought Sly was to the world and to the music world. Pretty far out calling him a “prophet” and the “Einstein of modern music!”

“IKE & TINA TURNER “Absolutely The Best” 1998 Fuel 2000 Records. 18 songs. 2-page insert. The insert describes their well-documented abusive story. Still, together they created one of the premier R&B ensembles of all time.

Condition: Near Mint-minus.  NO scratches, scuffs, cracks or repairs. The Sly disc has some really faint and very small in and out marks.  Personal CD kept in smoke-free home in an enclosed CD cabinet for years. Played rarely.

Did you know? Ike was 8 years older than Tina. Anna Mae Bullock was Tina’s real name. They were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1991. Sly & The Family formed in 1966. Sly, Freddie and Rose were family. They pioneered “psychedelic soul!” Eventually, drugs got the best of Sly and forced his retirement in 1987.
