New and unused, however there are some blemishes I noticed when taking pictures.
This was never used, but it has been in the bubble wrap for years, so the residue from the bubble wrap has "transferred" onto the dispenser itself over time. So it has left some of these imprints on the dispenser. It has these lines and dots on the top and around the cylinder.
Box has shelf wear and is distressed.
