Beautiful condition.  No chips, cracks, crazing, utensil marks.  Measures 8.5" in diameter.  Hand painted design green irises (?), gold and blue.  Gold trim shows light wear around the edge of the plate.  Done in the Art Nouveau style.  Marked on the back with hand painted in red above a green crown.
