To prepare a delicious and aromatic cup of Cistus Incanus tea, follow these simple steps:

Hot Infusion (Traditional Method)
🌿 Measure – Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried Cistus Incanus leaves per cup (250ml) of water.
💧 Boil Water – Heat water to 90-95°C (194-203°F). Avoid boiling to preserve the delicate flavors.
⏳ Steep – Pour the hot water over the leaves and let them steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
☕ Strain & Enjoy – Strain the leaves and enjoy the tea as is, or add honey or lemon for extra flavor.

Cold Brew (Refreshing Iced Tea)
🥤 Add 2-3 teaspoons of Cistus Incanus to 500ml of cold water.
🕒 Let it Infuse for 6-8 hours in the fridge.
