Cosmos Sulphur is a compact, herbaceous, flowering annual plant native to Central America. Features elegant, feathery foliage and produces masses of very showy, semi-double cosmos flowers.
Can be planted directly outdoors from early March until mid-June, and Cosmos is drought and heat tolerant plant that grows best in full sun and average, dry or moist, but well-drained soil.
Sulphur Cosmos are extremely easy to grow in any region and attract a variety of hummingbirds and butterflies to the garden. The bright blooms also make for gorgeous cut flower bouquets!
Plant may require staking. Harvest as a cut flower when bud firsts begins showing color. Seeds are organic and harvested by hand.
