You are looking at a brand new OEM AUTHENTIC RH Taylormade driver & fairway wood adapter.  Taylormade has not changed their adapter in many years, so this will work on just about any model that is still in play for driver and fairway.  This adapter is specific for right handed dextarity, so don't try to use this in a left handed model, the settings will be way off.  Don't settle for the cheap knock-off aftermarket adapters, purchase this one and you will not regret it.
