As the sole proprietor of a small business it is my goal to create happy repeat customers.  I do my best to accurately (and usually conservatively) grade the records I sell.  I describe my items as accurately as possible and to the best of my knowledge.  All my records are ultrasonically cleaned by me, will come in new plastic outer sleeve with new paper inner sleeve and ship in a record shipping box - about $2.50 in time and materials.  I am happy to combine shipping to make multiple purchases as economical as possible.
