It was made with premium quilting fabric and has piping at the top, and matching binding at the hem.  

It is slip on style and the back has eight rows of elastic.  The straps are sewn in place, but their length can be adjusted by removing the stitches and resewing on top of the back area.  See photo of dress while inside out.

Boutique quality and can be washed and dried on delicate settings.  

I'm retiring and downsizing all things stored in bins.  Hoping my handmade dress will make another young girl happy.

It is a size ten from memory and national size charts based on the measurement shown in the photos.  The elastic on the back will provide extra sizing.  Please check the length per the photos - my daughter was a big girl and wore a size ten at a younger age than most.
