  • In the event that you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within the defined return date (the return date is to be found in the return policy/shipping and handling section).
  • Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  • We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods.
  • Please pack all returns appropriately.
  • We will issue a product refund when the return is received in brand new condition, and in original packaging.
  • Returns that are received after the defined return date, without original packaging, or in a condition other than brand new may either be rejected, or we will charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the total value.
  • If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for return shipping, and you will receive a full refund when the return is received.
