1. All orders are shipped from China

2. orders will be shipped within 5 days after we receive full payment (excluding holidays or weekends).

3. All parcels will be provided with a tracking number for your tracking:

① Standard SpeedPAK Shipping: 8-12 business days to the US and most countries.

② If you choose expedited shipping, the package will be shipped by FedEx, DHL or UPS.

③ If you have any problems with customs clearance (invoice, declared value, etc.), please feel free to contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.

④ If you need to change the address, please cancel the order first and then place the order with the correct address.

4.About Returns and Exchanges:

If you receive the goods and find faults or damage problems, please keep the goods as they are and then contact us to provide you with after-sale solutions;

If you need to return or exchange the goods for personal reasons, the return shipping costs need to be borne by you.
