If you request a Return the item should be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent to you! Please know that we take photos of the item for the listing. We also take photos upon shipping the item out on how it’s packed the shipping box or bag that it leaves in for our records, there will be a fee deducted if the item comes back in a different condition than what was sent to you no exceptions! You are required to package the item well as so the item does not get damaged during the return shipping ( we are not responsible for this) DO NOT put shipping label on the product packaging, please put the item in a shipping bag or box , if a label is put on the product packaging a fee will be deducted from your refund.
