1999 Delaware coin collector set - state coin collector set, volume 1, with case. This is a fold out collector set with a removable insert containing the quarter. It has postcard style full-color images of Delaware scenery/historic sites, etc. The collector case includes a mint condition/uncirculated 1999 US quarter with Delaware design on the back of the coin, including "Delaware 1787" and a rider shown on a horse. There's a "P" on the front of the quarter showing the coin was minted in Philadelphia, PA at the Philadelphia mint.
There is a Certificate of Authenticity by The Burnett Company printed on the insert next to the actual coin (pictured in item listing) which says: "Certificate of Authenticity: This coin is an uncirculated version of the 1999 Delaware Commemorative Quarter Dollar. The 50 States Commemorative Coin Act of 1997 (Public Law 105-124) authorized the United States Mint to strike and issue a quarter dollar honoring the State of Delaware."
On the case and on the insert it says: "Copyright 1999 The Burnett Company; Packaging made in the U.K. and assembled in the U.S."
